Chloe’s Photastic is a newly established Vietnamese Restaurant striving to create the best tasty food from Vietnam for the Australia Public.  Operating by energetic business owners, their long term vision is to expand the restaurant name into multiple branches.

The Fitout Works was carried out to an empty shell tenancy at the ground level Shop Lot within United Petrol Station at CROYDON.

Our Design Team has implemented various Modern Design Elements into the Raw Existing Building Structure in order to create the Minimalism and Modest layout / outcome.  Aside from the cosmetic, the full functional Commercial Kitchen, Storeroom, Disable Toilet and Seating Areas have been included within the new layout.  The major challenges in this project are working with restricted Floor Area to achieve the compliance of Disability Standards and Building Regulations requirements.
