Established in 2007, Ion Constructions is one of the fastest growing Independent Commercial & Domestic Building Practitioner based in Australia.

Our primary goal is to complete every project to our Client’s needs in a manner that Quality, Cost Effectiveness and Time Savings can be achieved.  To ensure that all our projects remain to a standard satisfactory to our client, our technical staff are all qualified Building Practitioners and Designers.

As such, all employees in Ion Constructions are experienced and possess a diverse range of skills and qualifications in the field; this allows the company to offer services ranging from the DESIGN stage to CONSTRUCTION of a project.

Regnauld Thien

Managing / PROJECT Director

Regnauld has been in the Building & Construction industry for over 20 years, started his career in Building Surveying and finally moved into the Construction Sector.

His extensive wealth of knowledge and experience from both combined Building Consultancy & Construction backgrounds have allowed him to handle various projects with high complexities.

With strong passion for quality, Regnauld has confidence to ensure that every project managed under him is delivered on time and within budget.

Regnauld is now a Registered Building Practitioner in the state of Victoria and ACT, holding the highest construction licenses in both Domestic and Commercial Unlimited.

Herda Toyo

Director / Account Manager

Herda has over 10 years of Business Marketing experiences across Australia and Overseas. Herda is responsible for Ion Constructions Financial / Accounting Management and in General Business Operations, she holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Master of Information Technology from Swinburne University.

Prior to joining Ion Constructions, Herda has been in the senior management position of various reputable companies.
